Notice the light and the lady standing in back!

Hello, my name is Ken Miller. I have never really believed in angels, nor have I disbelieved either. I just never really thought about it much. The photo I took on March 4, 2002 and the events there after have changed my mind and my life.

I BELIEVE! Molly, my lovely wife, and I lost our mothers within 6 weeks in 2002. They were both named Ruth and they both passed away at the age of 76, and now we know they are both angels. I have shown many people my photo, with much amazement, and I have always said that I would love to share it with the world.

Now I can! This is my first attempt at producing a website, but Earthlink is making it easier than I thought it would be. There is so much more to the story than the photo. Please enjoy the stories and the photos. I hope this information helps you as much as it has helped us.

It has taken me 3 days to finish my letter to Mom because  I could not stop crying when I tried to write it. Our wonderful preacher, David Green, said he would read our letters at the funeral if we wanted him to. As much trouble as I was having writing it, I did not think there was any way I could read it.

I went to take a shower and get dressed for the funeral. Once again, I cried my eyes out all through the shower. This time, when I dried off, it was as if the towel absorbed the tears and the hurt! What a beautiful late winter day, not a cloud in the sky. I was feeling great and it seemed as if the hurt had subsided, at least temporarily.

We are honoring MY mother today, I will read MY letter to her! Mom loved bluebonnets and Texas A & M. Our beautiful daughters, Regina and Andie, had coordinated getting silk bluebonnets from Austin and tying maroon and white ribbons on them. We would pass them out at the funeral so Mom would be in a field of bluebonnets.

When David called me up to read my letter, I asked everyone to raise their bluebonnets so I could take a picture of Mom's field. I pulled my digital camera out of my coat pocket and tried to take a picture but I was shaking too much to keep the camera still. So I set it down on the podium and tried to aim it to get the widest view.

I took the picture and made it through my letter. Mom had to have helped me that day because I still can't read the letter all the way through without tearing up. This ended up being the most beautiful funeral I have ever seen. I know Mom was proud. When I got back to Mom's house I downloaded the picture on my computer.

My first thoughts when I saw it was "Mom was there, she heard me read the letter, she made it to heaven!" This gave me such a feeling of comfort and warmth that I still carry with me today when I look at it. I hope it does the same for you.

I have always wanted to share this photo with anyone and everyone. Now I can. Our preacher David was amazed at how different the color of the light shape was in comparison to all the other light in the photo, it was so bright! Also, there appears to be a lady standing in the back with a white collar dress and light red hair. There was no one there! She and the bright light only appear in MY PHOTO! We have a video clip to prove it.

This is only the beginning. Please view the photo and read my other pages. I have analyzed everything about the photo and I will share this with you. We even think we know who the lady in back is and why we think so. So many other interesting things have happened, that I wanted to get this web site to share it all. I hope these things can help you as they have helped us.

I BELIEVE! If your mother is available, please give her a hug and cherish every minute of it. You have no idea how much I miss Mom's hugs.

We would like to dedicate this web site to our 2 angel moms:
Emma Ruth (Ken)
Ruth Neal (Molly)

We know they are watching over us.
